While the wine is made off premises it is produced exclusively from grapes grown on site. Zimmerman Vineyards is a family owned and operated business, now managed by siblings Lauren, Shane and Adriaan Zimmerman, and their respective spouses Megan Zimmerman and Alex Myers.
