Yadkin Valley NC Wine Tours

Our private wine tours start at $595 for a 6-hour tour in our luxury Mercedes GLS-450 (up to 5 guests). Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Ford Transit vans accommodate up to 14 guests starting at $750–$875 for a full day. Price includes door-to-door transportation, a professional chauffeur, and a customized itinerary.

We serve over 40 wineries across two regions. In the NC High Country, popular stops include Banner Elk Winery, Grandfather Vineyard, Linville Falls Winery, and Stone Ashe Vineyard. In the Yadkin Valley, favorites include Shelton Vineyards, JOLO Winery and Vineyards, Round Peak Vineyards, and Raffaldini Vineyards. We also visit local breweries and cideries.

Most groups visit 3–4 wineries during a 6-hour tour. This allows roughly 45–60 minutes at each stop for tastings and exploring, plus comfortable travel time between locations.

We provide door-to-door pickup anywhere in the NC High Country and Yadkin Valley region. Common pickup locations include Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, West Jefferson, Beech Mountain, Linville, Winston-Salem, Elkin, and Mount Airy.

Most wineries welcome walk-ins for tastings, but we recommend reservations for groups of 6 or more, especially on weekends. We can help coordinate reservations at each winery on your itinerary.

Our fleet includes a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive Shuttle (up to 14 passengers), a Ford Transit (up to 14 passengers), a Mercedes GLS-450 luxury SUV (up to 5 passengers), and an Audi Q5 (up to 4 passengers).

Absolutely! Many guests bring charcuterie boards, snacks, and beverages. We accommodate coolers and picnic setups. Some wineries also offer food pairings and on-site restaurants.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend tours during peak season (April–November). Popular dates like Mother's Day and fall foliage season fill up quickly.

No minimum! We accommodate groups as small as 2 guests up to 14 guests. For groups larger than 14, we coordinate multiple vehicles.

Yes. Ashe County Livery is fully licensed through the North Carolina Utilities Commission as a for-hire passenger carrier and carries commercial auto insurance. Always verify that your tour provider has proper licensing.
