How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for weekday tours and 3–4 weeks for weekends, especially during peak season (April–October). Last-minute requests are welcome — just call us!

What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We'll work with you to find a solution.
Can you pick us up in Charlotte or Raleigh?
Absolutely. We regularly pick up from Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Boone, Banner Elk, and other NC cities. Pickup location is factored into your tour timing and quote.
